What is a Non-Disclosure agreement?
A Non-Disclosure agreement is a contract between two or more parties whereby they agree that the information exchanged will remain confidential. No party may divulge the information to a third party unless the other party unless this has been agreed to - preferably written. The agreement is legally binding. Should one of the parties violate the agreement then this document can be used in a court of law as proof of the agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: An oral agreement is in most countries legally binding, however very difficult to prove if no 'independent' third party is present during the agreement.

This agreement states that the registered work is the Copyright of two people however registered in the name of one person (account holder). After registering both parties should fill in this agreement and file it safely. A copy may be sent to File-Reg, but this is not compulsory.

This document states that the party who is registering the Intellectual Property is not the legal owner of that Intellectual Property. After registration this document should be signed by both parties and filed safely away. A copy may be sent to File-Reg where it will be stored.
