Is the registration safe?
When using the registration software the actual file you register is not uploaded to the File-Reg servers, only a digital fingerprint of that file, which is also encrypted.
Like a persons fingerprint it is not possible to see or recreate the physical features of a person from their fingerprint. It is also not possible for any employee at File-Reg International to see the contents of what you are registering.
Please note: You can register using a Digital Certificate (digital ID) or with your username password.
Your ID is controlled when enter your name and password or choose Digital Certificate if you have a personal certificate installed in your computer.
Continuing work on a registered file?
It is possible to continue working on the registered file.
During the actual registration File-Reg software makes a ‘read only’
copy of the file then places it in a special folder within your own computer.
Therefore your registration is always protected.
